First Family Quilters

The quilting class meets from September to Memorial Day every Tuesday from 9:30 until noon in Room 101.  The class is for adult ladies, 18 or over. The class begins with Prayer Requests and prayer. There is then a show and tell of all the beautiful quilting they have completed or is still in the works.  Information is shared on what is new in quilting and then work is started on projects.  Refreshments are part of a good Baptist fellowship, so there is eating, fun and sewing.

Sometimes there are road trips to fabric shops in North Little Rock and Conway and to local quilt shows. This is always a lot of fun. For more information contact Kaye Rainville.

The Welcome to You ministry reaches out to new ladies to FBC by hosting a “coffee” in their honor.Team members from the Women’s’ Ministry are there to meet new members and provide information about opportunities for women in the church.Our pastors’ wives are also present to meet each honoree.A fun, relaxing afternoon with refreshments and gifts makes this a great way to make new friends and build relationships with other Christian women.  For information contact Jenny Shields.   The next Welcome To You will be April 9.
