Located in the blue house in the 400 block of West Pine, First C.A.R.E. serves an average of over 100 families per month with emergency food, utility, and clothing assistance.
CURRENT NEEDS: Volunteers, Food items such as canned soups, vegetables, and fruit; cereal; and peanut butter.
IMMEDIATE NEED: First C.A.R.E. needs another freezer for food storage. It can be either a new one or used one. Please contact Pastor Dick if you can help with this.
Fact: In one month we minister to 120 families (or 423 people)
Fact: We hand out 480 cans of soup and 120 jars of peanut butter in a month.
PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray for our volunteers consistently. Ask the Father to grant wisdom, compassion, discernment, and encouragement to all those who volunteer. Pray for their protection.
